ROX JOINS HUBLOT FOR WORLD CUP KICK OFF

As World Cup fever takes the globe by storm ROX is thrilled to join Hublot in Russia to celebrate the kick off of the tournament.
And what a way to start the greatest show on Earth. As Official Timekeeper of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia Hublot celebrated the start of the tournament with friends and ambassadors of the brand – including ROX co-founders Kyron Keogh and Grant Mitchell.
Invited guests enjoyed an unforgettable evening at the prestigious Baccarat Restaurant for an evening of good food, entertainment and even better company. Ricardo Guadalupe, Hublot CEO, was joined by guests Manchester United coach José Mourinho, the 1998 FIFA World Cup Champions Christian Karembeu and Marcel Desailly, the middleweight Boxing Champion Gennady Golovkin, the Indian Cricket su-perstar Rohit Sharma, the king of cigar Carlito Fuente of Arturo Fuente cigars, Martin Fuentes (Ferrari Challenge driver) and DJ Teddy-O for the remarkable event.
The Swiss watchmaking brand recently named Russian contemporary artist Andrey Bartenev as Hublot Ambassador. Bartenev was responsible for designing the brand emblems of the Hublot Loves Football campaign, including the matryoshka and the football dedi-cated to the tournament.
For a unique culinary experience, Yannick Alléno, the French 3 Michelin starred Chef, marvelled the taste buds of guests with his innovative cuisine.
All the invitees were honoured by the stunning unplugged live performance of Glenn Hughes, the British singer and bass player, member of the famous Deep Purple group.
We all know that Hublot isn’t a brand to stick to the status quo. So, when Baselworld comes around each March there’s no escaping the excitement in the air as we eagerly await the latest releases from the forward thinking brand.
It may be less than two weeks until the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia kicks off but all eyes were on Glasgow’s Argyll Arcade on last night (Thursday, May 31) as ROX and Hublot transformed the iconic mall into a football pitch in celebration of the beautiful game.
