OCTO FINISSIMO
THE STORY CONTINUES
The Octo Finissimo has never stood still—but here, it refines rather than reinvents. Reduced to 37mm, its proportions shift the conversation from technical bravura to lived experience. The geometry remains unmistakable—Roman in spirit, architectural in execution—but now calibrated with a new kind of ease. It sits lighter, closer, more intuitively on the wrist, its presence defined not by scale but by precision. Beneath it, a new ultra-thin calibre with micro-rotor continues Bvlgari’s quiet pursuit of mechanical discipline, delivering three days of autonomy within a form that feels almost improbable. This is miniaturisation not as spectacle, but as control. The finishes—sandblasted, satin, gold—play with light rather than chase it. Even the bracelet resolves into something more fluid, more integrated. The Octo Finissimo 37 is not about pushing limits for their own sake. It’s about knowing exactly where they should be.
SERPENTI TUBOGAS STUDS CAPSULE
GOLD & STEEL: CHARISMA MEETS AUDACITY
There is movement here—fluid, deliberate, unmistakably Bvlgari. The Serpenti Tubogas evolves once again, but this time through tension: gold against steel, softness against structure. The introduction of the stud shifts everything. Drawn from the Maison’s jewellery vocabulary, it punctuates the sinuous Tubogas coils with a new rhythm—architectural, graphic, quietly assertive. The serpent remains, of course—symbol of transformation, of continuity—but now rendered with sharper definition, its curves interrupted by facets that catch and release the light. Colour deepens the narrative: carnelian, malachite, sodalite, mother-of-pearl—each dial a controlled expression rather than ornament. Technically demanding, visually precise, the fusion of materials speaks to a legacy that has always resisted convention. This is not simply a jewellery watch. It is an object of intent—where heritage, material, and design converge into something instinctive, expressive, and entirely modern.

DAY ONE AT WATCHES AND WONDERS 2026 SETS THE AGENDA
The world’s most important watch fair opened in Geneva with a clear message: confidence over noise, evolution over spectacle. The energy from the industry’s most powerful maisons was focused, this year is about refinement, not reinvention.
LUXURY WATCH EDIT
As the gendered codes of watch design ever-shift and overlap (while core catalogues de-gender themselves wholesale) a merciful upshot is that overtly masculine brands or hero collections find themselves with licence to get more decorative than ever.
75 YEARS OF SERPENTI
The Serpenti turns 75 in typically decadent Bulgari style. ROX looks back on its sensuous and scandalous history.
