Resident mixologist Iain Silver has pulled together a cocktail menu of delicious summer treats to keep our glasses full. Perfect for garden parties, summer BBQ’s or have your butler knock together a few whilst you work on that tan. That’s the spirit!
BOMBAY GRANITA
100ml Warm water
200g Lavender infused sugar
150ml Bombay Gin
Juice and zest of 2 limes
Dissolve sugar in warm water add other ingredients. Transfer to a shallow dish and freeze for 1 hour. Remove and flake with fork, repeat this after another hour in the freezer. Spoon into rocks glasses and garnish with Lime twist
ORANGE BLOSSOM FIZZ
35ml Grey Goose Orange Vodka
15ml Elderflower syrup
12.5ml Fresh lemon juice
Build in tall glass with plenty of ice and top with soda. Garnish with elder flowers and orange wheel.
PEACH BELLINI
10ml Peach Liqueur
35ml Peach purée
Laurent-Perrier Brut Champagne to top
Add liqueur and purée to glass.
Slowly add champagne… Et voila
